Fueling principles for job performance, wellness, and longevity, focusing on diet, hydration, and movement quality. It’s designed for responders of all fitness levels to improve strength, resilience, and overall health.

Part 3: Longevity for Public Safety Professionals
First responders face unique health risks due to traumatic incidents, poor diet, lack of sleep, and stress exposure. By proactively learning about metabolic testing and taking control of your health, you can extend your career and improve your quality of life, avoiding becoming another statistic.

Today, she continues to serve her community and is dedicated to inspiring other first responders with her story of resilience and courage.
