Tombstone Courage was founded by Jeff McGreevy, a former U.S. Marine and 29-year law enforcement veteran from Southern California. Since retiring from law enforcement, he has focused on advocating for first responder mental health and performance through nonprofit and business development work. Since 2017, Jeff has organized leadership and resilience conferences, partnering with public safety agencies and consulting firms to bring top-tier speakers to his community and increase the readiness of of our responders. He and his wife Andrea have been married over 37 years and have two children and three grandchildren.

The Victory Mindset Leadership & Resilience Summit for First Responders is the culmination of over 20 years experience in the peer support and mental health space that began in 2004. Jeff has been blessed with the experience of traveling the country to meet with leaders from large and small agencies to help them develop and strengthen their wellness programs so that they can support their personnel at the highest level.

For Jeff, Victory is the assist when it is needed most.
