Part 1: Post Traumatic Growth: Rising from the ashes of Stress, Trauma, and Moral injury
Dr. Lee is a highly sought after speaker on the topics of stress management, PTSI, and first responder mental health. Her powerful presentation will show you what PTSI is and what it isn't. PTSD/I is not a life sentence, it's a fully treatable condition that is manageable with the proper responder awareness and stress management tools.

Part 2: Nutrition and Strength & Conditioning For The Everyday First Responder
Fueling principles for job performance, wellness, and longevity, focusing on diet, hydration, and movement quality. This workshop, led by Rebecca Rouse and Joel Del Rosario, covers job-specific training, mobility, range of motion, and breathwork for brain-body connection and nervous system regulation. It’s designed for responders of all fitness levels to improve strength, resilience, and overall health.

Part 3: Longevity for Public Safety Professionals
First responders face unique health risks due to traumatic incidents, poor diet, lack of sleep, and stress exposure. By proactively learning about metabolic testing and taking control of your health, you can extend your career and improve your quality of life, avoiding becoming another statistic.

Part 4: The Story of Katrina Garcia
Katrina Garcia, a paramedic with 14 years of experience in one of California’s most dangerous communities, was nearly killed when a drunk driver crashed into her ambulance. The trauma from this event and years of exposure to violence almost broke her, but she fought back and returned to full duty. Today, she continues to serve her community and is dedicated to inspiring other first responders with her story of resilience and courage.
